Early-stage focus

01 — Scope and System Definition

We align on requirements, interfaces, constraints, and success criteria. This can start from an existing prototype or from a well-defined system idea.

02 — Hardware & firmware bring-up

We design the schematic and PCB, select appropriate components, and prepare firmware skeletons for bring-up and testing.

03 — Build, test & iterate

If needed, we coordinate prototype builds, perform basic bench testing, and ship working hardware. Feedback from testing drives the next iteration.

To keep projects fast, predictable, and effective, we work within a clearly defined scope.

What we do

  • Early-stage hardware and firmware design

  • Turn Arduino / Raspberry Pi prototypes into custom PCBs

  • Hardware defined from clear IO and sensor requirements

  • MCU and component selection within scope

  • Schematic and PCB design (2–4 layer typical)

  • Firmware skeletons and bring-up support

  • Prototype PCB ordering and assembly coordination

  • Basic bench testing and validation

  • EMC, CE, FCC, or safety compliance

  • Certification or regulatory testing

  • Production optimization or cost-down

  • High-volume manufacturing support

  • Open-ended product discovery
